Here is a list of hotel scams that are going on right now. Please review this with your staff! I have been a hotel guest and have literally had someone call for my credit card number. Good thing, I was in the industry and was smarter than the scam artist.

Daylight Savings - A hotel's reminder!
Hoteliers: Don't forget to remind your staff to move all clocks ahead by 1 hour tomorrow night, Saturday 3/9 (unless you are in Arizona, like us).
This would include, but not limited to:
- · Guestroom clocks
- · Guestroom TVs
- · Guestroom microwaves
- · Time Clocks
- · Fax Machines
- · Outdoor Signage
- · Water sprinklers
This is also a great time to replace any battery operated smoke detectors.
